The process of the project was based in the acquisition of the somatic embryogenesis technology of Thompson Seedless patented by the University of Florida.  

The program has two types of objectives: lines of objectives aimed to obtain the biotechnological products as well as research and development lines conducive to the creation of key knowledgement in table grapes and possibly product cultivation.
